Required Qualifications:
- Extensive background in development work in the Space and Mission Payloads business areas

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement successful program plans which proactively address risk and provide a high degree of confidence supporting contract deliverable requirements
- Develop strategic business plans and metrics for forecasting revenue, expenses, capital, and headcount
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts necessary to support business initiatives that meet company and customer contractual programs
