Responsibilities: - Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork. - Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. - Work is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge. - May work on escrow openings and closings. This position will also perform the duties to analyze and evaluate the data source and data targets required for the ETL mapping. Design, develop and implement complex ETL processes. It will also support and participate in source data analysis, specifically as it relates to domain definitions.   Qualifications: - Major: Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Business Systems or master’s degree with 5 years of experience in Informatica ETL Developer role in Data Warehouse projects, Enterprise Data Warehouse, OLAP, and dimensional data modeling - Years of direct/relevant experience required: 5 to 7 years of experience Responsibilities: - Responsible for the operational support of the Informatica environment including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, maintenance, patches, upgrades, security, and administration - Administers systems performance including ongoing optimization and tuning of Informatica environment - Assist data warehouse team in completing current data warehouse initiative projects - Analyze and evaluate data sources - Designs and implements complex ETL processes - Strong technical background and work experience with one or more of these: Informatica/SSIS/PL/SQL - Advanced level of knowledge with one or more of these systems: QNXT/CCA/EDIFECS/Syntranet - Experience with PostgreSQL/Python/Therefore/IICS would be a plus Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $63/hour to $68/hour.
