This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA.   The Senior Contract Specialist provides support to the Procurement department, which provides services for the client on an enterprise level. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (100% Remote).   The PMO Analyst will perform a variety of activities in support of enterprise programs and projects, including working on large strategic and compliance-related projects. The PMO Analyst should understand Waterfall and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) project management methodologies. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and assessing project workbooks against PMO policies and procedures. The PMO Analyst will also assist in the review of project artifacts such as RAID logs, stakeholder analysis, and other relevant documents. This position may also be assigned to work on projects providing analysis as well as documenting and analyzing success metrics and key indicators. This is a Direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA (Onsite).    The Help Desk Manager is responsible for managing service delivery to achieve service level agreements and customer satisfaction.  This includes managing employee productivity, scheduling, and achievement of service goals. Responsibilities: - The portfolio, program, and project management resources within the ePMO are uniquely positioned to support business units in the planning and delivery of large-scale programs and projects. - Leads and manages a portfolio of large complex projects. - This is a “hands-on” project management role.  Ideal candidate will consume current processes, policies, and procedures and get to work.  - Develops, manages, and maintains the project plan, schedule, resources, and project artifacts (what, why, how, when how much) supports centralized document repository. - Identifies and tracks risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. - Provides timely status reports and proactively escalates issues for resolution. - Performs project reviews and drives continued progress for project success.  - Develops strategies for achieving project goals and realigns strategies to account for unforeseen challenges. - Monitors best practices in field of expertise, assess and adopt them to increase productivity, managing change and resolving issues that span project teams, departments and able to manage large scale, diverse and complex projects executing simultaneously. - Leads others to successfully complete project deliverables on time, within scope and on budget by ensuring that all project execution toll-gates required by PACE are followed. - Optimizes project governance by working with the over-arching infrastructure, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives including establishing metrics of success and deliverables. - Provides coaching and guidance to the team members to ensure understanding of project assignments, priorities, and deadlines. - Serves as a subject matter knowledgeable leader in multiple business operational/functional areas. - Responsible for scheduling, cost tracking/budget, resource management allocation and utilization, project component integration and supporting program performance. - Manage multiple complex projects to achieve continuous alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives. - Responsible for holding project work teams accountable for on-time delivery of assigned scope within baselined schedule, and costs/effort. - Responsible for appropriate change management practice in partnership with stakeholders and delivery work teams to accurately and timely reflect project change controls and process timely within clients governance framework. - Ensures executive summaries are submitted to the Leadership Team for review and approval in an accurate and timely manner. - Upon Leadership approval, manages the creation of definitive project execution plans. - Performs other duties as assigned.
