Position Title: Sr. Engineer - AWS Terraform GoLang

Location: Bangalore

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities)

• This is an individual contributor role to manage and build Public, Private and Hybrid cloud infrastructure at in highly hydrogenous environment.
• Serve as a key member to help design and delivery of responsive backend services - utilising best practice principles.
• Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work in an agile delivery team, with familiarity with the processes and ceremonies
• Has a drive to learn industry leading/innovative technologies and solutions
• Good positive attitude, communication, willingness to learn and share with others.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of development experience in a modern development stack GoLang is essential.
• Experience in IaC development with Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring services running on Kubernetes/ OpenShift.
• Exposure to public cloud services in AWS and Azure is essential
• Experience with automated build and test frameworks is essential.
• Understanding of building applications with secure integration with API Gateways using REST endpoints is a plus.
• Familiarity with API & integration patterns to securely communicate with backend services and clients.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of programming in Python is a plus.
• Good understanding of Application and Network Security architectures is a plus.
• Understanding of NoSQL, Messaging and caching products such as Kafka, Couchbase and Redis is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

BE/ BTech / BSC / MCA

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering or related technical experience. Up to 5 years of dynamic experience in software engineering.
