Required Skills:
- At least 5+ years of experience in IT with focus on Security Engineering and Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Awareness of IAM methodology and principles
- Onboarding connected/disconnected applications.
- Monitoring Applications Health and troubleshooting connection failures.
- Understanding on different types of aggregations and refresh tasks
- Monitoring the scheduled tasks and troubleshooting the Task failures
- Understanding LCM workflows and coordinating with Development team on LCM related issues, mainly having knowledge on Joiner, Leaver, and Transfer issues
- Working on certifications and its related issues
- Working on Identity mappings and correlation issues
- Create and maintain business roles.
- Working on Provisioning and De-Provisioning issues
- Working on Policies related issues.
- Knowledge on Risk model in SailPoint
- Knowledge on Quick links
- Handling orphan accounts
- Knowledge on different reports and DB queries to extract the required data.
- Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)
Desired Skills:
- 'SailPoint IIQ is mandatory and good to have knowledge on Venafi and DB queries.
Education & Certifications:
- Minimum Graduate and Technical Certifications are desired and a plus.
