We are looking for a Social Media Specialist. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of San Juan Capistrano, CA.

The Social Media Specialist will grow the company's brand and products through all social media platforms.  They will be responsible for the creative thinking of content and story telling to drive business sales for the company.  Creativity, understanding of culture, research, and imagination are the main components to be successful in this role.  The Social Media Specialist will be looked upon to determine which images and videos as well as messaging that are to be used.  The social platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and are open to other suggestions as well.  This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing and will be a hands on role.

Qualifications:

• Passion for social media content creation
• Dedication to succeed in growing brands through social media
• An attitude to work cohesively with other team members, managers, and departments to meet a common goal
• Experience with creating social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Ability to develop and analyze digital and social media marketing campaigns.
• Understand social and content best practices to improve the performance of each campaign.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to collaborate and work well with others under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in video and content creation
• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.)

Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $70,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
