Job Title         :  Front Office Executive 

Job Location  :  Hyderabad

Position          :  Full Time

Work Timings: Regular hours will be (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST), 5 Days a Week

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as front office executive with exposure in IT & ITE’s services companies.
• Good communication skills both in verbal & written and Computer skills – MS word and Excel.
• Office Administration including housekeeping and security staff and handling official phone calls.
• Handling all the visitors and soft drinks & Beverage’s vendors.
• Maintaining the Attendance of housekeeping and security staff and Visitors registers.
• Handling Incoming and Outgoing couriers.
• Maintaining the Files and Folders and office utilities.
• Keeping the record of the Electricity bills, Telephones bills etc. 
• Assist in filling the office documents systematically and daily punching of staff attendance in register. 
• Handling office work independently. 
• Received and distributed mails and messages to appropriable departments.

Education:  Graduate in any discipline (BA, B. Com & B.Sc.).
