Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira. - Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents. - Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies. - Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence. - Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest) - Prefer experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing. - Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle. - Excellent Oral & Written communication skills. - Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business. - Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing. Roles and Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. - Identifies test cases and creates or updates test case documents with assistance from core engineering team. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Executes test cases, identify bugs, evaluate bugs with appropriate priority and severity, and report bugs. - Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. - Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Identifies the gap between the function specifications and implementation. - Understands the functionality of the entire product and takes ownership of the hot fixes allocated to him/her for testing. - Provides recommendations for enhancing product features. - Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. - Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. - Load testing using the open-source tools.   Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.sc OR Any PG
