Project Coordinator $23/hr - $25/hr
Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 2 days Remote per week)

We are looking for multiple Project Coordinators. These are 6+ month contract to possible hire opportunities in Irvine, CA. PC’s work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role providing support to the Project Management team by processing orders in SAP. Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved keeping installation workflow on track. Communicate timeline changes and new information to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Experience with scheduling would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates installation with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.
- Manage the data for all project-related information; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored.
- Manage travel for the installation team within the assigned budget and ensure adherence to the travel policy.
- Organize and plan meetings with the project manager, either ad hoc or on a scheduled cadence.
- Ensure on-time completion of all installation projects.
- Work to improve the project process.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $23/hour to $25/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.

Santa Ana, CA (Remote)

Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Salesforce QA Engineer. This is a 7-month contract based out of Santa Ana, CA (Remote).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of QA Developer experience in Salesforce implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform along with best practices and methodologies for testing.
- Strong knowledge of SFDC Toolkit: flows, process builder, validation rules, Omni-Studio, and custom metadata with strong hands-on experience in development practices.
- High proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, VisualForce, APEX, and knowledge of APIs.
- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder & Developer Certifications required.
- Experience with the following Salesforce solutions is strongly desired: Financial Services Cloud, CRMA, and Marketing Cloud.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back, and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas.
- Expert knowledge of the QA process: different levels, types, and methods of testing: unit, integration, system, and acceptance, functional, regression and performance, black, grey, and white box
- Previous experience working and contributing to an Agile team.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you won't just be implementing technology; you'll be helping to define the culture of a sales and marketing organization undergoing transformative change. You will help support the future state architect of Salesforce serving as the backbone of our quest for unity—fostering communication, enabling transparency, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across the board.
- Test Plan and Execution: Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure features operate within defined requirements within the Salesforce Platform.
- Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, track, and report defects found during testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Test Automation: Develop and support automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Code Review: Review and debug code to identify and resolve issues.
- Translate business processes and requirements into logical and successful testing scenarios.
- Make recommendations for performance improvement on the test automation/framework side.
- Provides feedback on the schedule, quality, and stability of any/all releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, solution managers, architects, and product managers to resolve issues.
- Estimation of level of effort for project tasks.
- Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
